At Dogwood Embroidery, we love creating custom items and bringing ideas to life. When submitting a custom order, payment is required up front for most requests. Any posted turnaround time does not apply to custom orders. All custom orders are different and may incur additional fees to complete. Dogwood Embroidery will communicate these possibilities and costs throughout the entire process. 

All purchases from Dogwood Embroidery are final. Most items are custom made and cannot be resold. If you have any issues with a product you've purchased, please contact us within 3 business days. 

DIGITAL: When an order requires custom artwork design, a minimum of $10 will be  charged before designing begins. Depending on the complexity of the design and number of proofs and edits needed, the charge will be decided on a case by case basis.

EMBROIDERY: If your artwork for embroidery services  needs to be converted to a compatible file type, a charge of $15 top $25 per peice will be charged before any conversion begins. Once the file has been converted, Dogwood Embroidery will hold the file and can be used for future embroidery services via Dogwood Embroidery only.
